Laura is the CEO of Tedor Pharma Services, leading the company’s strategic growth in the USA CDMO landscape. With her guidance, Tedor has offered top-tier small molecule services, brought in new business, and maintained strong customer relationships. Laura is experienced in business development and has been driving Tedor’s corporate strategy and shareholder communication for over a decade. She is a member of Tedor’s Board of Directors and the Founder of COFFE UNlimited, a platform empowering women in STEM.

William is the site operational head at Tedor, bringing tremendous experience in generic pharmaceutical formulation development through commercialization of multiple dosage forms. He has partnered with KD Pharma and DEA Consulting Inc. to help guide Tedor’s clients through the successful completion of development and transfer projects. Before working at Tedor, William served as the Vice President of Operations and Site Head for Nostrum Laboratories, Inc.

Shellie brings experience in diversified quality assurance, quality control, and regulatory affairs management to the Tedor team. She partnered with KD Pharma and DEA Consulting Inc. to advise small to medium-sized pharmaceutical companies and was previously the Director of Analytical Method Validation and Development, Quality Assurance and Quality Control for Nostrum Laboratories.

Francisco is an experienced Director of Business Development who leads all growth opportunities at Tedor. Francisco previously served as Principal at Market Alpha Advisors and Managing Director at State Street Bank. Before working at Tedor, Francisco was a Co-founder of Molten Markets Inc. and held numerous key roles at UBS, including Head of FX Business Development – Americas and Head of FICC eCommerce Sales – Americas.
